Design Ladder

- Sign off on the construction contract and order all supplies.
Construction Ladder
In the construction phase, we bring the design to life, building upon the work from in the design phase.
- Order necessary supplies.
- Obtain required permits.
- Meet with tradesmen as needed.
- Pick up and deliver supplies.
- Stock supplies on-site and inspect for damage.
- Begin demolition if required.
- Conduct required inspections.
- Start framing work.
- Install rough plumbing and electrical.
- Complete drywall and prep for painting.
- Install doors, trim, and finish carpentry.
- Apply paint and wallpaper.
- Install flooring and baseboards.
- Finalize electrical and plumbing.
- Complete final touch-ups and move in!
